FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE) – April is Financial Literacy Month, and one Fresno teacher is using a unique trick to make sure her students learn money management.
Jeannette Vestal has been operating her Viva Vestal Restaurant for a few years now. The special education teacher transforms her classroom into a pop-up restaurant. It’s one tool she uses to teach her students at Sunnyside High.
