SANGER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A suspected teen gang member was arrested Friday on the way back from an elementary school carnival in Sanger.
Police say they found the 17-year-old in the area of Church and Bethel Avenue as he was returning from the Reagan Elementary School Carnival.
