FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Construction is officially underway on a new housing development in southeast Fresno after De Young Properties held a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday morning.
Company leaders and members of the construction team gathered near the intersection of North Temperance and East McKinley avenues to mark the start of the Blossom View community, a new residential neighborhood planned within the Clovis Unified School District.
