A new office tower and a major expansion of Kaleidoscope Park are set to push Hall Park deeper into its next phase of redevelopment as the $7 billion Frisco development continues evolving into a large-scale mixed-use district.
Hall Park announced this week that construction is expected to begin within the next month on both The Terraces Hall Park — a new 10-story Class A office building — and a $14 million expansion of Kaleidoscope Park. Both projects are expected to open in 2028.
Hall Park’s Next Era Starts To Take Shape
Hall Park has become one of Frisco’s largest office developments, recognizable for its sculpture garden, corporate campuses and massive green space along the Dallas North Tollway corridor.
Now, the project is entering a different chapter. The upcoming office tower, called The Terraces Hall Park, will add more than 200,000 square feet of workspace above a parking structure with more than 1,300 spaces.
Every floor will include outdoor terraces, while the building’s amenity offerings are designed to reflect how companies are increasingly rethinking office environments after years of workplace shifts.
