$200 Million Redevelopment Planned For Former Globe Life Campus In McKinney

When Globe Life packed up its corporate headquarters in 2025 and moved down the road to Henneman Way, it left behind something rare: nearly 58 acres of prime real estate straddling the McKinney-Frisco border, almost 301,000 square feet of office space and a question about what comes next for one of the most strategically placed parcels in the region.

Craig International has an answer. The McKinney-rooted development firm won the competitive bid to redevelop the former Globe Life campus at 3700 S. Stonebridge Drive, and the plans are ambitious.

The company is calling the project Rowlett Station, a nod to the creek that runs along the western edge of the property, and envisions it as a mixed-use destination that could ultimately exceed $200 million in total ad valorem value…
