The ongoing effort to build a soccer facility in one Dallas suburb may finally break ground later this year.
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the City of Garland is looking to begin construction of a new facility, titled the “Garland Soccer Complex”, with new turf fields, locker rooms, concession stands, restrooms and a maintenance building.
