FRISCO, Texas — A third family has filed a lawsuit against Kids ‘R’ Kids of Lawler Farm in Frisco, alleging a caregiver physically mistreated their 3-year-old daughter inside a classroom while daycare management failed to act after learning about the incidents.
The lawsuit, filed this week in Collin County by Dallas-based Button Law Firm, is the latest legal action against the daycare stemming from alleged mistreatment of children in its 3-year-old classroom in 2024.
