A once-vacant retail property here has been reborn as a 174,500-square-foot campus for small business, and the company behind the transformation will show it off during a grand opening open house Aug. 6.
WareSpace, a national provider of micro-bay warehouse space, said the event will spotlight the more than 160 growing companies now operating out of the new location rather than center on the company itself. Entrepreneurs, tradespeople and product makers who have already moved in will be on hand alongside vendors and partners who serve the Plano business community.
