A Texas man was seriously injured when his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle on the Flippin Bypass last week. The 52-year-old man from Sachse was taken to Baxter Health in Mountain Home. The other driver, a 79-year-old man from Flippin, was not injured.
According to the preliminary accident report from the Arkansas State Police, the accident happened when the Flippin man attempted to make a left hand turn into the Animal Clinic of the Ozarks and struck the side of the motorcycle with the front of his vehicle.
