Addison Approves Impact Study As Mary Kay Explores HQ Sale

Addison is taking a closer look at the future of one of its most recognizable corporate campuses as plans around the Mary Kay headquarters property begin to take shape.

At its April 28 meeting, the Addison City Council approved a professional services agreement with Cobb, Fendley and Associates worth up to $164,075 to evaluate infrastructure conditions and future development needs connected to the campus.

The Mary Kay headquarters property could eventually see large-scale redevelopment after town officials approved a new infrastructure impact study tied to the 33-acre site and surrounding area.
