A Texas man accused of shooting his ex-girlfriend and another woman in a Denton parking lot has been arrested in Oklahoma City after allegedly fleeing the state following the attack.
According to police, Gerald Riggins, 39, was taken into custody Wednesday by Oklahoma City police officers after investigators determined he had traveled to Oklahoma following the shooting.
