Armed felon allegedly trespasses on neighbor’s property, resists Marion deputies

A convicted felon from Marion County was arrested after he allegedly entered a neighbor’s garage while wielding a firearm and later resisted deputies who attempted to arrest him.

On Thursday, May 28, Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence on Fisher Run Trace in Ocklawaha in reference to an armed trespasser.

According to the arrest report, the homeowners stated that a neighbor, identified as 22-year-old Josiah Da’Vae Rambo, entered their garage and began acting bizarrely. The victims claimed that Rambo was armed with a laser-pointed firearm, and he allegedly began talking about their all-terrain vehicle…
