A developer is returning to Marion County officials next week to seek final approval to expand the number of homes and modify the layout of a previously approved subdivision in northeast Ocala.
The Marion County Board of County Commissioners will vote on a Planned Unit Development amendment request for the Woodridge Place community during its upcoming regular meeting on Tuesday, June 16.
Located at 5823 NE Jacksonville Road, the roughly 79.21-acre property sits inside the Urban Growth Boundary and the county’s Primary Springs Protection Overlay Zone. The application was filed by Tillman and Associates Engineering, LLC on behalf of the property owner, Jax Road, LLC.
