MARION COUNTY, FL (352today.com) – A 17-year-old Marion County resident was arrested shortly after midnight June 16 after deputies served a juvenile capias warrant related to a battery charge stemming from a domestic disturbance investigation earlier this month.
According to the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Michael Berry, 17, was taken into custody at a residence in Marion County at approximately 12:16 a.m. Deputies arrested Berry on a no-bond juvenile capias warrant signed June 16. The warrant stems from a June 9 domestic disturbance investigation.
Deputies responded to a Marion County residence after receiving a report of a physical altercation. The alleged victim told deputies that Berry struck her in the face during an argument.
