OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – A woman arrested on grand theft auto charges told investigators she towed a vehicle because her dead father instructed her to do so from “the other side,” according to Marion County Sheriff’s deputies.
Latasha Kohler, 43, remained in jail Thursday following her arrest Wednesday.
