HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. (WCJB) – City leaders in High Springs have placed the chief of police on administrative leave as they investigate alleged complaints.
In a letter, High Springs City Manager Jeremy Marshall states that Chief Antoine Sheppard has been placed on leave due to an investigation into recent complaints.
