In the dark, art-covered walls of Emerald Scarab Tattoo Parlor, the soft conversations of clients and tattoo artists fluttered throughout the rooms.
Emerald Scarab, located at 903 NW Sixth Street, celebrated its grand opening July 12 after a month of being soft-open.
