GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Jocelyn Monique Hill, 34, has been charged with grand theft and forgery after allegedly using old checks to steal over $4,700 from her disabled brother’s bank account.
The issue was reported to Gainesville Police Department after the victim’s caretaker discovered that six checks for a total of $1,698.20 had been written from the victim’s account. The caretaker obtained the cleared checks from the bank and reportedly found that they had been made out to Hill…
