A woman arrested on the way to her mother’s funeral is back in jail again.
Carolyn Deborah Harmelin, 73, who lives at the Lake Sumter Apartments on County Road 466, was being held without bond this weekend at the Marion County Jail following her arrest Thursday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of driving under the influence.
The warrant was issued after she failed to show up for a court date in Marion County.
