Over 560 acres of farm land in northern Marion County was just acquired for $4.6 million by a group that has a track record of developing large plots into residential communities.
According to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts, the 561.32-acre property, which is comprised of five parcels, was sold by St. Joe Farm LLC to Speir Property LLC, Terry Myers, and Julee Brooke Lewis, for $4,600,000 on April 30.
The five parcels all vary in acreage, with the smallest accounting for 4 acres and the largest accounting for 230. The other parcels are 21.32, 130, and 176 acres in size…
