A 39-year-old Ocala man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly entered the employee-only area of a local McDonald’s and struck two workers with a dustpan.
On Sunday, May 17, Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the McDonald’s located at 8240 SW Highway 200 in Ocala in reference to a disturbance.
According to the arrest report, an employee told deputies that a man, later identified as Jonathan Bones, came behind the counter into the employee-only area of the kitchen and grabbed a Happy Meal. Bones then allegedly threatened to batter the employee if he did not get his drink within five seconds…
