PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man accused of causing a wrong-way crash on Interstate 10 in Phoenix in March has been arrested.
Angel Omar Molina Sandoval, 25, was arrested on June 19 after being released from a long-term medical rehabilitation facility for injuries he suffered in the crash, which happened on March 1.
