PEG Hospitality Group has appointed William Allgood as the director of food and beverage of Cielito, the rooftop bar and restaurant atop AC Hotel Scottsdale Old Town, and the hotel’s lobby bar, AC Lounge. Allgood brings more than 15 years of hospitality operations experience to the role.
