SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ (AZFamily) — A 23-year-old woman died Friday after a driver struck her vehicle on Hunt Highway and fled the scene, according to authorities. The suspect, identified as 58-year-old Dave Gilbert Loescher, is now in custody and faces multiple felony charges.
The victim, Kyrsten Sovereign, was on her way to a barrel race competition in San Tan Valley when the crash occurred.
