For more than 20 years, Michael Willwerth and Nicole Monte built careers climbing the corporate ladder.
He managed logistics and delivery operations, overseeing more than 100 employees and a fleet of 50 vehicles while working with Amazon’s delivery network. She advanced through sales and management positions, building relationships and leading teams.
But after spending years helping grow other companies, the Mesa couple decided it was time to build something of their own and opened a Scottsdale-based Floor Coverings International franchise serving north and central Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and portions of Phoenix.
