PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix police said Wednesday license plate reader cameras helped detectives identify and arrest a suspect after a 64-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run late last week.
Nivyabandi Augustin, 53, was arrested Tuesday.
