Two Men Found Dead in North Phoenix Home: One Shot, the Other Beaten

PHOENIX — Tragedy struck a quiet neighborhood in north Phoenix on Monday afternoon as two men were discovered dead under distressing circumstances. Phoenix police were called to a residence near 43rd and Peoria Avenues at approximately 5:30 p.m., responding to reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found one man with a gunshot wound. Despite immediate medical attention by nearby firefighters, he succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. In a grim turn of events, a thorough search of the residence revealed another man who displayed “obvious signs of trauma.” Unfortunately, the second victim also met a tragic end at the scene.

As the investigation unfolds, detectives are diligently working to determine the sequence of events leading to the shooting and the identity of the victims. Their names are currently being withheld pending further investigation.
