Your pup will love one of these 4 dog parks in the southwestern part of metro Phoenix

If you need a place to take your dog in the southwest Valley, there’s no shortage of dog parks in cities like Goodyear, Avondale and Buckeye.

And with the weather soon (hopefully) cooling off, your dogs are probably eager to spend more time outside.

The southwest Valley has enough dog parks so you can be constantly taking your pup somewhere new. On days you’re too tired to walk, dog parks allow them to get their pent-up summer energy out and socialize with other dogs.

While there are plenty of parks in the southwest Valley where you can bring your dog with a leash, here are some dog parks that you can visit without a leash.

Roscoe Dog Park

Located in the southern part of Goodyear, Roscoe Dog Park is a place to let your pups off their leash. The park is located at 15600 Roeser Road and is open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day.

Goodyear Community Park

Located in northern Goodyear close to the Litchfield Park border, Goodyear Community Park is more easily accessible for people in neighboring communities.
