PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man is dead after being hit by a car in central Phoenix Thursday night.
Just after 7:30 p.m., officers responded to the area of 25th and Roosevelt streets for reports of a crash.
When police got to the scene, they found a man in a wheelchair who was seriously hurt. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died three days later on Sunday…
