GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The man connected to the 2024 disappearance of a West Michigan teenager is now headed to trial after being accused of assaulting her.
Durk VanDam appeared in court Friday morning, where a judge said there is enough evidence for the trial. VanDam has been accused of assault by strangulation and domestic violence.
