Grand Rapids man found guilty of sending cocaine through U.S. mail

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (News 10) – A Grand Rapids man has been found guilty of drug charges for allegedly sending cocaine through the mail.

A federal jury convicted 39-year-old Cordairo Lambert of possessing cocaine with the intent to distribute, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Michigan Timothy VerHey announced Monday.

The attorney’s office says the investigation began in July 2024 after postal inspectors in Arizona seized and searched a package addressed to a residence in Grand Rapids. That package contained more than a half kilogram of cocaine, according to VerHey’s office…
