KENT COUNTY, MI – Three district courts in Kent County are offering, for those who quality, an amnesty program to waive late fees, bench-warrant fees and show-cause fees. The program is offered in March and April in Grand Rapids District Court, Kentwood District Court and 63rd District Court in Grand Rapids Township. It is a way to encourage those with outstanding issues to resolve cases without additional penalties.
