COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. — April showers bring flooded streets and, in turn, kayakers every year down the streets near the Grand River in Comstock Park.
The residents in that community and in other water-logged areas of Kent County are hoping the water is already at its highest point, with flooding expected to crest at the Grand River on Monday morning.
