GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A public event to celebrate the opening of the Grand Rapids Public Museum’s new riverfront space has been postponed by flooding.
The Grand Rapids Public Museum (GRPM) recently completed several parts of their years-long expansion plan, including renovating and reopening the historic Spillman Carousel and connecting the museum to the riverfront with displays in a park-like setting.
