KENT COUNTY, Mich. — A 78-year-old man was struck by a minivan and killed Tuesday evening, sometime after 7 p.m., in Cannon Township, according to the Kent County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO).
Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the scene on 9 Mile Road NE, west of Young Ave NE for a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
