Ferris State University (FSU) held a town hall at its Kendall College of Art and Design (KCAD) campus in downtown Grand Rapids on March 31, allowing students to express concerns about changes to KCAD that have taken place in the last few years.
Students were dissatisfied after FSU announced it would be discontinuing its bus pass program. Through this program, students at KCAD could buy a WAVE card for The Rapid bus system for $3 and get unlimited rides.
