West Michigan dad, realtor writes children’s book to help kids overcome moving day worries

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — A West Michigan father and realtor has made his debut as a children’s author with a book to help young kids feel confident as they move houses.

Called “Percy the Goose and the House on Bluebell Bend”, the book follows the story of a girl named Emma who is struggling with her first big move. Percy the goose listens to her worries, reminds her that she isn’t alone and gives her “gentle nudges” as she starts making the move with her family.
