After two years of construction and heavy community discussion, the $184 million Acrisure Amphitheater held its grand opening show on Friday with Acrisure Brand Ambassador Lionel Richie headlining.
Supported by Grand Rapids native Brian Vander Ark and husband-and-wife duo The War & Treaty, Richie drew a massive crowd, nearly selling out the 12,000+ riverside venue.
