Ottawa County pay board recommends hiking commissioner salaries by $14,000 over 2 years

OTTAWA COUNTY, MI — Ottawa County commissioners could decide soon on whether to accept a pay raise of more than $14,000 over two years.

Members of a citizen group called the Ottawa County Compensation Commission voted Monday, May 18 on a recommendation for salary increases for county commissioners and other elected officials.
