Summer break is fast approaching for our public schools. Kids and teachers alike are chomping at the bit to run free for the summer. They are already planning their vacations, summer projects and just stuff.
For example, Grand Rapids Public’s last day in June 2, Grandville’s is May 29, Wyoming schools is May 28, East Grand Rapids lets out on June 3, Forest Hills is finished on June 4, Kentwood on June 5, Holland on June 4, and it goes on.
