KEWAUNEE – The Kewaunee Area Chamber of Commerce is once again presenting Fireworks on the Shore, set to take place on Friday, July 3 at Lakehaven Hall. This year’s celebration marks the United States’ 250th anniversary.
Festivities and kids’ games, hosted by Lakeshore Baptist, will begin at 4 p.m., with food available for purchase provided by the Muskrat City Sportsman Club. Guests can enjoy pulled pork, brats, burgers, hot dogs, walleye plate, fish tacos and fries until 10 p.m. All proceeds go toward scholarship funds and educational programs.
The Bakery Bar will serve desserts, the Little Red Barn will serve ice cream and a variety of beverages will be offered in the large outdoor tented area. Guests can also enjoy music from Stone Sober, self-described as a psychedelic garage rock drum and guitar duo, starting at 5:30 p.m. and continuing until the fireworks show…
