GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Three northeastern Wisconsin communities will receive state funding to help cover the cost of operating and maintaining lift bridges, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
Green Bay, Manitowoc, and Menasha will share more than $2.3 million through a Wisconsin DOT program.
Green Bay will receive approximately $383,000 for the Main Street Bridge, Manitowoc will receive nearly $200,000 for its Eighth and Tenth Street bridges, and Menasha will receive about $116,000 for the Racine Street Bridge…
