(WLUK) — New data from safety research group ‘SafeWise’ combined the Town of Lawrence and Village of Hobart as one area, ranking them together as the safest city in Wisconsin.
The group came to this conclusion based on FBI crime statistics, normalized per 1,000 residents and supplemented that information from the group’s proprietary ‘State of Safety’ study.
