KAUKAUNA (WLUK) — A man suspected in a Kaukauna hit and run is also facing his 12th OWI charge, police say.
Just before 7:30 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an area of Crooks Avenue and E. 5th Street for a report of a hit and run.
