A new 48-unit multi-family housing project will soon begin construction in Oconto, with expectations to open next year.
A groundbreaking for Copper Ridge, which will be located at the northeast corner of Smith Avenue and Doran Street across from Prevea Oconto Health Center, will be held 1 p.m. Aug. 12.
