MENASHA, Wis. (WBAY) — The American Red Cross is offering in-person financial assistance this week for those whose homes were severely damaged or destroyed in the July 27 tornado.

Caseworkers will be at the Menasha Public Library Tuesday, August 18, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The Red Cross is asking people to bring a photo ID and proof of residency to apply for the financial aid. Workers will verify the photo ID at the door, open the case, and verify the address. Approved aid is processed on-site.
