GREEN BAY (WLUK) — A note to boaters and ship captains on the Fox River in Green Bay: The City of Green Bay’s Department of Public Works has announced a temporary change to the normal drawbridge operating schedule of the Ray Nitschke Memorial Bridge, due to construction activities.
