GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) — After eight months of police investigation, a 45-year-old Green Bay man was arrested on over ten drug-related charges, with his cash bond being set at $100,000.
According to a Brown County criminal complaint, 45-year-old Craig Winnekins was arrested at the Harbor Freight on West Mason Street in Green Bay after a confidential informant bought fentanyl, meth, and heroin from him.
Multiple purchases spanning from January of this year to August were planned and executed by the Green Bay Police Department before the department finally arrested Winnekins during a traffic stop near the intersection of I-41 and Lombardi Avenue on the afternoon of August 26…
