September has gotten off to a very wet start in Green Bay and around *most* of northeast Wisconsin.
It’s a welcome shift from a very dry stretch of weather we saw for a large stretch of summer.
In just the first 8 days of this month, Green Bay has seen 2 and three-quarters of an inch of rain already.
Normally, we would expect to see about a third of that over this stretch…
