Chicago Man Bound Over for Trial in Wisconsin Mail-Theft Case Involving Business Checks Across the Fox Valley

A Chicago man accused of taking part in a large mail-theft and check-fraud operation across Northeast Wisconsin has been bound over for trial in Outagamie County.

Derrell J. Edwards, 31, appeared in custody for a preliminary hearing, where a judge found probable cause to move the case forward. WBAY reported that Edwards is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 9 at 11 a.m.
